Support Specialist (Chinese)

Duties:
  • Needs to translate the documents from English into Chinese, and the opposite way
  • The working time is from 7 o'clock Beijing time till 16:00 o'clock Beijing time. The Beijing time -GMT+8
  • Checking the messages from the users and reply to them on Jira -Dashboard, understand the crux of each client's issue
  • Always be informed about the latest news of Nimbus platform, involved in all Nimbus platform processes
  • Working in a friendly and progressive team, paying attention to small details that will lead to a big success in our daily work
Requirements:
  • The English language must be a fluency level only, Chinese - either professional or native
  • Having experience in the Support Department at least 2 years
  • Having technical skills or programming knowledge will be an asset
  • Knowing popular CRMs - Jira
Terms:
  • Working from home on your own equipment (computer or laptop)
  • Working in an international distributed team
  • Remuneration in BUSD
  • The salary amount is to be negotiated individually to be decent
  • Probation period of 1 to 3 months, according to the results of the interview
