Global Social Media Manager

Brief role description

We are looking for an experienced Global Social Media Manager who can easily:

  • ideate original and engaging content and oversee its creation across different channels and formats
  • boost community engagement and growth
  • attract, retain, and convert new leads
Main responsibilities
  • to help Nimbus attract, engage, educate, retain, and convert leads through social media by ideating, planning, and administrating the creation and publishing of relevant, original and engaging content for the Nimbus official Social Media pages
  • to lead the community growth and engagement strategies for the global community
  • to work in close cooperation with a copywriter (texts creation) and designer (visual content)
  • to manage Nimbus Academy: plan the topics, overview the slides creation, coordinate the speakers, assist in video production etc
  • to analyze market research results, community’s feedback, and analytics metrics to ensure all communications are effective
  • At least 3 years of proven work experience in a similar position and formal marketing education; available online portfolio from your previous jobs is a must
  • Knowledge of the copywriting and advertising text formulas (AIDA, ODC etc)
  • Fluent English (C1) and Russian are a must; Spanish, Chinese, or Turkish are good to have
  • Knowledge of the crypto & DeFi industry and a basic knowledge of digital analytics are good to have
